How we handle personal data.

Last updated: September 19, 2026 · version 1.0

Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy explains how Ideas en Axion (“AGENXIA”, “we”) handles personal data when you use the agenxia.ar website, the administration panel, the client portal and the business websites we publish.

Privacy contact: contacto@iaxion.net. Last updated: September 19, 2026 (version 1.0).

Two different roles: controller and processor

For the business account data (name, contacts, agent configuration, payment details), AGENXIA is the controller.

For the data of the people who contact or book with a business (for example name, phone number and the content of WhatsApp messages), the business is the controller and AGENXIA acts as processor: we process that data only to provide the service to the business and following its instructions.

What data we process

Account and business data: name, industry, address, phone numbers, email, users and passwords (stored encrypted), and billing details.

Service configuration: services, prices, opening hours, staff and the frequently asked questions the business loads so the agent can answer.

Conversations and appointments: messages exchanged over the connected channels (WhatsApp, widget or web), the contact details of the person asking and the appointments or reservations created.

Technical data: IP address, date and time of access, device and browser type, and panel usage logs (needed for security, usage limits and support).

What we use it for

Providing the service: answering questions, booking appointments, registering customers, showing metrics and keeping the business calendar.

Operating, maintaining and improving the platform: security, abuse prevention, error diagnosis, technical support and product development.

Billing and managing the commercial relationship.

Complying with legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.

We do not use business conversations to train artificial intelligence models, neither ours nor third parties’.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We work with providers that process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above: database hosting, application hosting, website and email hosting, edge security and acceleration (CDN), WhatsApp messaging (Meta Platforms), language model providers that draft the answers, and payment platforms when deposit payments are contracted.

These providers may host information outside Argentina (for example in the United States or Brazil). In every case we require confidentiality and equivalent security measures.

We may disclose data when a law or a competent authority requires it.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while the relationship is active and for the period needed to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

Conversations, appointments and business customer data are kept while the business uses the service. The business can request deletion of conversations or customers from the panel or in writing.

When the service ends, we delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except what we must keep by law.

Security

Information travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is stored encrypted at rest. Connected channel credentials and provider keys are stored encrypted and used only to operate the business channel.

Access is restricted per user and per business, with hashed passwords and expiring sessions.

No system is infallible: if we detect a security incident affecting personal data, we will inform the affected businesses and, where applicable, the competent authority.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are necessary for the service to work. Details are in the Cookie Policy on this same site.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion under Argentine Law 25.326 by writing to contacto@iaxion.net.

You may also request confidentiality of your data or ask about international transfers. We answer within the legal deadlines.

If you believe we did not answer properly, you may file a complaint with the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP), the authority that enforces Law 25.326.

Minors

AGENXIA services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If a business needs to record enquiries involving minors, the business must hold the authorisation of the parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect service or legal changes. We always publish the last updated date and the version. If a change is substantial, we notify the registered email address.
