Which cookies we use and why.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files the browser stores when you visit a site. They remember data between visits: for example, that you are logged in or which language you chose.
Which cookies we use
access_token — administration panel session. Necessary. First-party, httpOnly (not reachable from the browser), expires when the session ends.
portal_access_token — business owner portal session. Necessary. First-party, httpOnly, expires when the session ends.
agenxia.lang — remembers the chosen language (Spanish or English). Necessary so the site does not fall back to the default language on every visit. First-party, lasts 1 year.
Third-party cookies
We use infrastructure and traffic security providers (for example Cloudflare, through Render) that may set strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the site from automated attacks, such as __cf_bm. They are not used to identify you or for advertising.
Messaging and language model providers do not set cookies in your browser: they are used server-side.
What we do not use
We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not share browsing data with advertising networks.
How to manage them
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you delete the necessary ones, the session closes and the site returns to the default language; the rest of the site keeps working.
